This is a men’s small group where iron sharpens iron. Men of all ages are welcomed. We will get together once a month to share a devotional and run 2 miles. This will serve as a checkpoint. Throughout the month, each of us will pursue our own workout/exercise plans and will hold one another accountable as we focus on following Jesus faithfully: spiritually, mentally, and physically. Dates and locations are TBD based on weather.
