Know God

God’s heart for your life is to know him.

Let the Journey Begin...

God’s heart for your life is to know him. You can never find fulfillment and true, lasting joy apart from knowing him. You cannot begin to know what step to take next in your life without him. Knowing God is the key to life. It’s not only the first step in your spiritual journey, but a recurring process of walking with God throughout your life.

Whether you’re willing to open your heart to God for the first time or ready return home to God, knowing God is founded on the simple, but crucial understanding that He loves you.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

We do everything we can by praying, teaching, working hard to prepare our Sunday gatherings, investing in small group, encouraging serve teams and more to help you and your friends know God.

We believe we live in a broken world, with broken systems, and broken people and the only lasting answer to our brokenness is found in Jesus. Jesus made it possible for us through His life, death, and resurrection to know God.

Jesus really does change everything for everyone.
“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12

“God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” Romans 5:8

This gift of salvation requires a response.

“But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God” John 1:12.

God’s Word doesn’t stop there in explaining what we must do to respond and activate this gift. How do we believe and accept Jesus into our hearts and lives?

The Bible tells us, “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved” Romans 10:9–10.

If you’re reading these words right now, I believe God is dealing with you. He’s speaking to your heart, pursuing you, wooing you, gently and persistently knocking on your door and waiting for your response.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him” Revelation 3:20

Right now, surrender to his love by praying these words,

“Heavenly Father, I surrender to your life. I confess I am sinner and Jesus you are the Savior. Forgive me of sins, welcome me into your family, and lead me all the days of my life to know God.”
